Chris Conway, CPA
Founder & President
Hi, I am Chris Conway. My passion is helping people grow and achieve the success and satisfaction they desire from their business and personal life.
I grew up, went to college and started my career in Northern Virginia. In 2010, my wife, Deb, our 4 legged kid, Tuscany, and I moved to Breckenridge, CO to pursue our dream of living, working and playing in the Rocky Mountains. Breckenridge is a beautiful and inspiring place to call home.
My career started in public accounting doing audit, payroll, tax and accounting. I wrote tax software for a couple of years before transitioning into consulting, installing accounting and CRM systems for clients. I consulted for 25+ years on systems, processes and change management at every level from junior consultant to owning my own consulting business. I have bought and sold consulting businesses and managed engagements for a Big 5 Accounting firm. My clients range in size from small business to Fortune 500 corporations.
When we moved to Breckenridge, I followed my entrepreneurial spirit, wanting to try different paths which included property management, franchise ownership of a service business, decorative concrete and business coaching. Each venture taught me more about myself and prepared me for my true calling.
I learned I really enjoy helping others achieve success. With my broad experience in financials, tax, entrepreneurship, leadership and systems, I have a unique set of skills to help others with coaching, mentoring, teaching and consulting.
I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker. I am a life-long learner, believing when we stop learning we die, only to be buried years later.
