Pricing Model
Flat Monthly Rate
We determine the services and level of effort required over the course of the year and create a flat monthly amount. Together, annually, we evaluate the service needs and adjust the rate appropriately. Monthly billing is done on the 1st of each month.
Clients love flat rate because they know exactly how much our services will be for the year and can budget it, rather than getting surprise bills. Clients are encouraged to call with questions during the year without the fear the meter is running.
We love flat rate because it smooths out our cash flow throughout the year.

Billable By The Hour
Services performed are billed at appropriate rates for the services provided. Billing dates are the 15th and end of month for progress to date.
This billing method is ideal for clients with limited services throughout the year such as individual tax preparation services or tax advise on a transaction.

We encourage you to call us anytime of the year for planning services before a major financial event such as purchase or sale of a home, rental property or business. Calling us before the event takes place allows for planning, strategy and saving money. Generally, after the event has taken place it’s damage control.
